Amy Lee graduated from Tunku Abdul Rahman College with an Advanced Diploma in Business Management. She is currently the Chartered Secretary of KH Lim Corporate Resources Sdn. Bhd. (KHCR), which has been established to providing corporate secretarial services which is one of the many divisions in the KH Lim Group of Companies. Apart from being the Chartered Secretary of a number of companies in Malaysia, she also oversees the management and operations of KHCR.

As a Chartered Secretary, Amy makes sure all departments are well-organized, productive, efficient and profitable. She has a wealth of knowledge and experience in corporate governance.

Amy Lee’s previous stints included serving in firms which offered secretarial services for public listed companies, multinational corporations as well as large companies in Malaysia. She has more than 8 years of experience in corporate secretarial practice, covering a broad range of industries, including investment holdings, construction, property development, information technology, plantations, food & beverages, retail, manufacturing, and trading.
