HIGHLIGHTS OF KH LIM GROUP OF COMPANIES AT ITS GRAND OPENING

The grand opening of the new office of KH Lim Group of Companies was held on December 17, 2021. During the opening ceremony, memoranda of understanding (MOU) and agreement were also signed with four different companies in the Asia Pacific region on that day.

KUALA LUMPUR, 17 DECEMBER 2021 – KH Lim Group of Companies (KH Lim Group), an established business consulting and management company, together with Prestige Intelligence Sdn. Bhd. (Prestige Intelligence), a professional advisory firm being part of KH Lim Group, to officiates its Office Grand Opening at KL Eco City.

The Founder and Chief Executive Officer of KH Lim Group, Dato’ Anthony Lim Kim Hai, along with Special Guest, Professor Datuk Jimmy Choo, Chairman of Prestige Intelligence Tan Sri Ong Tee Keat, Senior Advisor of Prestige Intelligence, Mr William Gan and the Directors of KH Lim Group, namely Datin Agnes Yap, Ms. Amy Lee and Ms. Sarah Yap; officiating with a conventional ribbon cutting ceremony together and concluded with a series of signing ceremony by signing four major and impactful agreements.

The first agreement was signed between Prestige Intelligence and Big Orange Super Tech Group Sdn. Bhd. (Big Orange), a media company with a diversified range of enterprising business segments to appoint Prestige Intelligence as an advisor relating to financial and investment projects. The signing between Prestige Intelligence and Big Orange was Dato Anthony, representing PI and Ms. Veronica Tang, Group Chief Executive Officer of Big Orange Group.

The second agreement was signed virtually between Prestige Intelligence and Wen Way Investments Pte. Ltd. (Wen Wey)., represented by Mr Philip Chan is concurrently the Managing Director of Wey Way Investments Pte Ltd, C&H Properties Pte Ltd and Mutual Benefits Realty Pte Ltd. Wen Way is a real estate investment arm of Global Fortune 500 conglomerate Amer International Group. Wen Way is an independent company domiciled in Singapore incorporated in 2012 to facilitate regional real estate investment and other real estate related business.

Wen Way is the sole representative in Singapore acting on behalf of Beijing Central Business District Administrative Committee in Chaoyang District under the Government’s authority to carry the duty to promote and introduce the corporations, businesses and investment projects in Southeast Asia into Beijing CBD.

Collaboratively, Prestige Intelligence role is to introduce and arrange the potential investors and entrepreneurs in both West and East Malaysia to invest into Beijing CBD, identity potential businesses and corporations that are qualified to be listed in China in which Prestige Intelligence shall propose to Wen Way and encourage them to list their businesses in Beijing Stock Exchange. The Proposed Collaboration between the Parties shall able to promote a strong economic platform by creating and improving the economic development internationally.

The third agreement was signed virtually between Prestige Intelligence and Prodigee Media (Beijing) Co. Ltd., represented by Mr. Lee Hua Ling, the CEO of Greater China, engaging Prestige Intelligence as the mandated lead arranger.

Prodigee Media (Beijing) Co. Ltd. (Prodigee Media), a media Company based in Beijing, with an extensive experience of 20 years in all thing’s media entertainment such as strategizing, deal making, producing, marketing, innovating or networking. Prodigee Media knowhow has supported the growth of digital entertainment in Asia.

The fourth and final agreement which was also signed virtually between Prestige Intelligence and Emerald Funding Limited (Emerald), represented by Ms. Vivien Soo, the Director of Emerald.

Emerald is a company established in Hong Kong, mainly focus on business development and strategic planning for the entrepreneurs in Hong Kong. On top of that, Emerald continuously to establish the strong networks and business relations between Malaysia and enterprises in Hong Kong include state-owned and private owned enterprises.

As Emerald always ensure that the strong network and business relations between Malaysia and Hong Kong being established, Emerald also render the services to set up family offices in Hong Kong and Malaysia. Other than that, Emerald also helps enterprises and companies to promote their potential, provide external counsel and to provide solutions to enhance growth and results in a sustainable way.

As the professional advisory firm, Prestige Intelligence’s scope is to render professional services such corporate secretarial services that includes setting up new company and to act as the Chartered Secretary of the company, auditing, taxation and to provide corporate advisory services in terms of financial and corporate restructuring.

In line with the initiative of extending the Hong Kong enterprises to Malaysia, Prestige Intelligence able to assist the Hong Kong enterprises to set up the companies and operate businesses in Malaysia and to provide necessary advices needed for day-to-day operation in order to comply the authorities rules and regulations.
